For over 25 years, Red Diamond Home Solutions owner and founder Troy Vavrina has been committed to helping clients in the Loveland, CO region improve both the interiors and exteriors of their homes. Troy’s passion for creating beautiful houses that clients can proudly call home led him into the flipping business, and from there, the remodeling business. In 2018, he founded Red Diamond Home Solutions with an exclusive team of dedicated subcontractors, with the simple goal of doing whatever it takes to get each home remodel done right. These fully-licensed subcontractors work closely and personally with homeowners throughout the entire building process to guarantee satisfaction.

Troy not only values giving Loveland, CO homeowners quality homes and a quality remodeling experience; he also gives back to his local community in other ways, such as donating leftover building materials and sponsoring Loveland’s own Mountain View High School Football Team. Troy and his team are happy to offer discounts on remodels for all military and veteran clients.

I was very pleased with the professionalism Troy conveyed. From the very start, he was very helpful, took time to understand exactly what I wanted, and provided great resolutions. He and his crew are prompt, honest, and have a great work ethic. I had a vision for a custom perimeter fence that would extend my backyard and create a drive thru area where I can park my camper. He worked through all obstacles and created my vision. The fence and gates turned out great I look forward to having him back to my home for future projects. We asked Troy to re-model our master bath. We had a couple ideas in mind but couldn't envision the whole concept. Troy was able to provide several ideas that we hadn't thought of and by the end of the project we had an amazing new bathroom that was better than what we had hoped. Troy was patient, flexible, courteous, affordable and kept it real. We plan on requesting his services for all future home upgrades!

2019 was the year of the Fence for me, and Troy Varvara of Red Diamond Home Solutions was the person who was instrumental in this endeavor. It began with five sections of a privacy screen at the rear of our yard. Troy was creative and diligent in designing these sections which gave me the privacy I wanted and needed.
